My father in law recently went to cruise the Mediterranean and sent back a pic of this sign. Pretty slick.

Sometimes its difficult to not design the obvious solution. That can be tricky to avoid when dealing with pages from a book. Looks like a good animation.

BP logo rebrand / Obama logo rebrand

Recently BP blames itself (and others) for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. It brought to mind Greenpeace's call for anti-BP logos.

But let's not forget who said he'd take full responsibility for the clean-up. Three months later: capped. Five months later: officially sealed. So I thought Obama needed a re-branding too, since he was involved. Right?
"Pres. OBAMA: In any of your reporting, in case you were wondering who's responsible, I take responsibility. It is my job to make sure that everything is done to shut this down. That doesn't mean it's going to be easy. It doesn't mean it's going to happen right away or the way I'd like it to happen. It doesn't mean that we're not going to make mistakes. But there shouldn't be any confusion here. The federal government is fully engaged, and I'm fully engaged, all right? Thank you very much, everybody."
